Ingredients- 

  • Uptown fresh 2 cups arugula leaves 
  • 1/4 onion 
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 2 dried chilies 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 
  • 2 tbsp oil 


Directions- 

  • Chop the onions, garlic and arugula leaves roughly. 
  • Take a pan, heat the oil and add the red dried chillies and garlic. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden yellow.
  • Add the roughly chopped onions and sauté  until golden brown. 
  • Add the arugula leaves and shredded coconut. 
  • Lastly, add salt and black pepper as per taste and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Your Indian style arugula is ready to serve.
