SHIPPING POLICY
How much time will the order take to be delivered?
We understand the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Moreover, we also believe in providing you with freshest produce. Harvest only takes place once you confirm your order and then it gets packed. We aim to deliver you in about an hour from the time you've placed your order OR your desired time.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment for your order is accepted through online transactions as well as cash on delivery.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
The price of all the products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Can the shipping address be changed?
Customers can modify the shipping address before the order is packed. Once the order is packed and if the address you’ve entered needs modification. You can contact the team for further assistance.
What is the shipping cost on each order?
Our shipping charges are flat ₹40 on each order.
Do you accept orders from different cities?
Currently we only deliver within Surat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once I place an order, can I cancel it?
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
How many cancellations are acceptable?
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
